Orders & Delivery

How do I check the status of my order?
  • You can check the status of your order by clicking on Orders page post account login.
  • Once your order is placed, we will send you confirmation of your order details by e-mail and SMS.
  • Again, once we dispatch your shipment, you will be notified via SMS.

Can I cancel my Order?

Yes. You can cancel your item(s) until we start processing your order. Your order will be in Order confirmed status while it is eligible for cancellation.

What payment methods does accept?

We accept secure online payments via:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Debit Cards
  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
  • Net Banking
  • Digital Wallets

Please note: We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Refund & Returns

How do I return my product?

You can initiate a return by clicking “Return” on the My Orders page.

We accept returns within 4 days from the date of delivery for most products. For specific eligibility, please refer to the Product Description Page.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • All original packaging must be intact
  • The lock seal tag must not be removed or damaged

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used (due to hygiene concerns)
  • The seal tag is broken or missing

A ₹100 return pickup fee will be charged and deducted during the return process.

How will I get my refund ?
  • Post the return your refund will be initiated within 48 hours after the product has been picked up and passed through quality inspection at our return desk.
  • No refund will be issued for return of used products or if lock seal for price tag is broken.
  • For Prepaid orders refund can either be processed in the wallet immediately or will be processed to the source account from which the payment made within 7 – 10 working days.
  • For cash on delivery orders, refund can either be processed in the wallet immediately or will be processed through NEFT to the bank account given by you within 7-10 working days. Only actual amount paid at the time of purchase transaction will be refunded.

Where can I apply coupons & offers to purchase a product ?
